What Eggball keeps

  • Your Google sign-in. When you sign in with Google we get your Google account id, email address and first name. The email is used only to recognize you when you sign in again. It is never shown to other players.
  • Your player profile. The player name you choose, your stats, ratings, rank history, Eggcoins, cosmetics, friends and settings saved to your account.
  • Games. Every game is recorded as a replay: player names, movement and chat. Replays and highlights can be watched by anyone.
  • Chat and reports. In-game chat goes to the players in that game. If someone reports a player, the reported player's recent chat is kept with the report so a moderator can check it.
  • Network details. Your IP address is used to stop abuse (too many accounts or queue entries from one network) and is kept in server logs for a short time.
  • Cookies and this browser. One cookie keeps you signed in. Your Settings (keys, sound, in-game options) are stored in this browser only.

What Eggball doesn't do

  • No ads, no ad tracking, and nothing is sold or shared with advertisers or data brokers.
  • No payments: Eggcoins are earned by playing and can't be bought.

Who else is involved

Google handles the sign-in itself (their privacy policy applies to that). The server that runs Eggball stores the data above.

Your choices

  • You can play casual games as a guest without signing in.
  • To see the data on your account or have your account deleted, use the Feedback page. Replays you appear in keep your player name unless you ask for it to be removed.

Children

Eggball isn't meant for children under 13, and accounts for them aren't knowingly kept.
